Franck Dedoato
Franck Deodato has been involved with project and construction management since 1992. His career started as a Quantity Surveyor and progressed to a Construction Manager for 7 years in Paris where he managed renovation projects for mid-sized and newly constructed buildings.
In 2000, he worked in Europe as Project Manager for DEFI from Clear Channel, a leading advertising company producing huge advertising boards for high-rise buildings all over the world. He was later transferred to Beijing to oversee the manufacturing factory for steel, aluminum, fiber glass, and all production for DEFI subsidiaries. He returned back to Paris in 2005 to gain exposure in sales and business development for 2 years.
Subsequently, he has been in South East Asia since 2007 as Project and Construction manager for Archetype Asia and Miramar.
Over the years, Franck has gained a wealth of experience in design, architecture, procurement, material selection, cost management and budget, schedule and supervision of projects. His experience has been instrumental in the success of his private enterprise, 9PM, and his contributions to 9-Tech as Co-Founder ensure that every project is executed to the highest standards of quality and precision.
Miss Patcharin Singsap
With a career spanning nearly two decades, Miss Patcharin Singsap brings a wealth of experience and technical expertise to 9-Tech. Armed with a degree in Civil Engineering from Mahanakorn University of Technology, she began her career in 2004 as a Quantity Surveyor in Bangkok, where she honed her skills in cost control and estimation.
In 2006, she relocated to Koh Samui, where she spent over a decade working as a Civil Engineer, overseeing both residential and hospitality projects, including hotels and resorts. Her ability to manage structural designs and solve on-site challenges has been pivotal to the success of numerous projects in the region.
In 2019, Miss Patcharin founded SAP Singha All Plus Ltd.,Part, a construction company specializing in residential projects across Koh Samui and Koh Phangan. As both founder and project manager, she led construction contracts and applied her extensive expertise in project management, structural design, and cost.
Her leadership continues to shape the growth and success of 9-Tech as she brings her unique vision and in-depth knowledge of the industry to the company.
